The goal of CLA-Tech's quality control program is to provide quality services and to consistently produce high quality deliverables to our customers.  This is achievable through a multi-step process of planning, executing, and monitoring.  The monitoring, which consists of a thorough in-process review, is the most crucial step of this process and is where we learn and adapt to consistently improve upon our products.  This is achievable by implementing a continuous improvement program that results in documented guides for all levels of performance. 

The focus on documented standardized processes for our activities ensures that our successful deliverables are repeated every time and we can integrate changes into our processes in a systematic, pre-trained and uninterrupted mode, producing predictable results.


CLA-Tech’s quality assurance processes will be mandatory for all of our employees and teammates working on government task orders. Our QA processes apply to both deliverables and processes used throughout each contract, starting with the initial proposal submittal and following through task order execution. This will allow us to document and carry forward all lessons learned to future contracts.

CLA-Tech’s QA Plan includes:

1)  Development of a concise schedule detailing the milestones, deliverables, and plans as required under contract and task orders.

2)  Implementation of the individual milestones, deliverables, and plans accompanied by concise metrics which provide identification, measurement, collection, and reporting of key contract aspects.

3)   Conduct thorough in-process reviews on a scheduled basis to assure quality objectives are met on all aspects of project deliverables and work performed.

4)   Conduct of monthly IPR's at all contract levels.

​       4.a) Identify and address any risk management, performance, non-compliance issues.

       4.b) Report key metrics, activities, and any non-compliance issues to clients and corporate leadership through

              monthly management reports.

       4.c) Maintain a "Lessons Learned" log throughout the life-cycle of each contract and task order outlining a

              corrective path or approach. 


5)   Delivery of high quality end product, deliverable, and/or services as required under the contract and task orders.

Our overall purpose for Quality Assurance (QA) is to provide for consistent, successful delivery of quality products and services that meet the customer’s requirements.  CLA-Tech has developed and maintains an internal evaluation process for compliance with respect to standard policies, plans, and repeatable procedures for QA.

Our Corporate QA policy is to develop individual specifications for each of our contracts following the same process as outlined above. This allows us to meet our corporate requirements and to conform to specific customer requirements. This process develops a unique QA plan for each contract allowing the project team to understand and address non-compliance up front for each contract. This approach should minimize the need for resolution hierarchy and establish QA processes which ensure that effective QA activities are performed and QA activity records maintained during contract performance. This tailoring should allow CLA-Tech to meet the technical, cost, and schedule needs of individual contracts.
